PAYMENT POLICY
১. পেমেন্ট পলিসিঃ
- (১.১) bKash, Nagad, Rocket Online পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
- (১.২) sslcommerz পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে যা হচ্ছে ২.৫০%
- (১.৩) Manual Payment এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত ক্যাশআউট সমপরিমাণ চার্জ যুক্ত হবে, যা হচ্ছে বিকাশ- ১.৮৫% , নগদ – ১.৫০% , রকেট- ১.৬০% , উপায় – ১.০০% , সেলফিন- ০% এবং অন্যান্য মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নিজস্ব ক্যাশ আউট চার্জ যুক্ত হবে।
- (১.৪) ব্যংক ট্রান্সফার (NPSB, RTGS, BEFTN) এর ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের একাউন্টে টাকা জমা হবার পর প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
- (১.৫) Stripe গেটওয়ে ইউজ করে ইন্টারন্যাশনাল কার্ড ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করলে সেক্ষেত্রে Stripe এর নীতিমালা ব্যবহারকারীকে অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
- (১.৬) ইন্টারন্যাশনাল পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করেছেন অবশ্যই তার স্বচ্ছ প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে, অন্যথায় উক্ত অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারি করা হবেনা।
1. Payment Policy:
- (1.1) No additional charge will be applied for payments made through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket Online Payments.
- (1.2) For payments via the SSLCommerz payment gateway, an additional charge of 2.50% will apply.
- (1.3) For Manual Payments, there will be no charge for bank payments. However, for mobile banking payments, the following cash-out charges will apply: bKash: 1.85%, Nagad: 1.50%, Rocket: 1.60%, Upay: 1.00%, SellFin: 0% For other mobile banking services, their own cash-out charges will apply.
- (1.4) For bank transfers (NPSB, RTGS, BEFTN), products or services will be delivered after the payment is deposited into our account.
- (1.5) If making an international payment through Stripe, the user must follow Stripe’s terms and conditions.
- (1.6) In the case of international payments, the customer must provide clear proof of the payment method used; otherwise, the order will not be delivered.
