1. অবৈধ কোন কাজে কার্ড ব্যবহার করলে কোন প্রকার নোটিস ছাড়াই আপনার কার্ড বাতিল করা হবে।
2. এটা পেওনার ব্যাংক এর কার্ড, তাই কোথাও পেমেন্ট করার পূর্বে মার্চেন্ট এর সাথে কথা বলে সবকিছু জেনে নিন। কোথাও কার্ড সাপোর্ট না করলে বা ডিক্লাইন করলে এই ব্যাপারে আমরা কোনভাবেই সহযোগীতা করতে পারবো না।
3. আপনার কার্ড এক্টিভ থাকা অবস্থায় ৩ বার বা তারচেয়ে বেশী পেমেন্ট ফেইল অথবা ইনসাফিসিয়েন্ট ফান্ড এর নোটিস আসলে কার্ড টি জরুরীভাবে বাতিল করা হবে। তাই কার্ডে ব্যালেন্স না রেখে কোথাও ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
4. কার্ড টি রিনিউ করতে চাইলে কার্ডের মেয়াদ শেষ হবার ২৪ ঘণ্টা পুর্বেই রিনিউ এর জন্য অর্ডার করতে হবে।
5. কার্ডের মেয়াদ শেষ হলে কার্ড টি বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। কার্ডে যদি কোন ব্যালেন্স থাকে সাথে সেটাও বাতিল হবে।
