Our Gurantees For BM:
- If BM invite link expires within 48 hours you’ll get a new invite link.
- Within 24 Hour if the BMs get restricted/disabled/limit drop without any use of yours.
- If BM verification revoked within 5 days, you’ll get a replacement. (*For Verified BMs*)
BM’s are not replaceable after you:
- Added cards on the BM or Ads Account
- Started ads on the BM
- Made changes to the BM
- Created pages on the BM
- Attached a domain to the BM
- Created Ads account in the BM
- We have no control over your payment method or your ads or your domain or your pixel or other resources (what’s safe, what’s not)
- We can’t resell those, you also want to get a new BM, not one that someone else messed with
- While we sent you the BM, it was totally fine. Any issues that occurred after your use are not our fault. The responsibility for those issues should be yours.
- No invite link will be provided after 3 days of delivery. If you become dependent on us and do not keep a backup of the BMs in your other profiles, you will lose the BM. So, it is better to keep the BMs in your other profiles as backup. So if your any profile got down, you can use it from other account!
Some easy things to remember:
- We don’t issue refunds for assets we already delivered. We noticed some people think it’s normal to request a refund once a certain asset gets restricted. But as you might know, this is part of advertising on the platform. Of course, when it’s still in our warranty, we provide free replacements.
- Clients are fully responsible over their assets the moment after we deliver it. We are in no way responsible for any restrictions, bans or bugs within Facebook. It’s impossible for us to keep sending replacements, as it’s completely out of our hands what the clients or Facebook decides to do with it.
